Why EASTRAGON exists
Most international retailers we work with had the same problem before they found us: they needed sleep earplugs from one factory, swim plugs from another, kids earmuffs from a third, eye masks from a fourth. Each came with separate MOQ, separate QC, separate shipping coordination, separate certificate sets to verify.
EASTRAGON was founded in 2010 to do that vetting once and resell with our own QC layer. We work with 12 manufacturing partners across the Jiangyin / Yangtze River cluster (including our sister factory SIAN for the technical hearing-protection range), and we hold 300+ stock SKUs in a Jiangyin-based fulfillment warehouse.
The pitch is simple: one PO, one shipping notification, one set of CE / OEKO-TEX / BSCI certificates that covers the whole order.
How we source — and what we never compromise
Every product line we add goes through a 3-stage gate:
1. Factory audit — we visit, see the line running, verify ISO 9001 + BSCI + CE certification originals, and pull random samples for our own lab test.
2. 6-week shelf trial — we sit on 100-pair samples in our warehouse for six weeks of buyer feedback. Anything that gets a single complaint about fit, durability, or packaging gets dropped.
3. Stocking commitment — we only carry SKUs we will commit to keep stocked for 24+ months. No one-time sourcing, no surprise discontinuation mid-PO.
What we never compromise: CE EN 352 for hearing protection, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for any skin-contact textile, BSCI for social compliance. If a factory cannot show all three, we will not list their product.

Every shipment ships with a Certificate of Inspection from our QC team, sampled at 2.5 AQL. Digital copies go to the buyer before the container leaves Shanghai port.
For products we resell from our partner factories, we pull and verify those factories certificate originals annually — and we pass that documentation through to you with our cover letter, so your customs broker and procurement team see a clean chain of evidence.
How we work — and what we throw in free above $5K
Step 1 — Inquiry. Tell us your channel (pharmacy, DTC, dropship, retail, distributor), target volume, and any special requirements. We reply within one business day with a recommended SKU mix and indicative quote.
Step 2 — Samples. Sample packs ship within 3-7 days. Free up to 8 pairs per inquiry; freight at cost.
Step 3 — Spec freeze + PO. Confirm SKUs, packaging, branding (your label / our label / unbranded), and quantity. We send pro forma invoice with full breakdown.
Step 4 — Production. 7 days for stock SKUs; 25-35 days for custom packaging or color development. Weekly photo updates for production-run POs.
Step 5 — Shipping. FOB Shanghai default; CIF, DDP, and air freight quoted on request.
